FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

  • Which payment methods are accepted?

    We welcome payments through Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, and PayPal.

  • Typically, orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after they're placed. However, sometimes processing and preparing for shipping might take longer, especially during the weekends, holidays, and unexpected busy periods. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking details. 

  • The delivery time also depends on your destination country. Shipping to the US would take around 10-20 business days. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with your tracking details. Please note that it can take up to 48 hours for the tracking number to show activity.

  • We try to process each order as soon as the order is placed, thus the timeframe to cancel the order. The order can only be canceled if it hasn’t been processed at our logistics center. If your order has been shipped, you can choose to return the product within 30 days of receiving it. If you have any other concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us. 

  • We apologize for any inconvenience. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We'll provide instructions on how to proceed. You have the right to receive a free replacement for damaged items. Please ensure to send us a photo as proof of the damaged item.

  • Customers are required to return the item to our designated return address within 30 days from the original receipt date of your order.

  • You have the option to initiate a return within 30 days from the original receipt date of your order. We kindly request that any returns be made within this timeframe. Unfortunately, if a return is requested after 30 days from the receipt date, we won't be able to process it. It's important to note that we cannot accept responsibility for any missing, damaged, incorrect orders, or components reported after this 30-day period.
